BizLynks Consulting Group, LLC and BizLynks TV Network are proud to announce that our CEO, Pamela Alexander, will be honored as Golf Women Mean Business 2016 Tech Trailblazer. For fifteen (15) years, Pamela has committed to help small businesses, nonprofits, and associations utilize affordable technology to grow their organizations. This Friday, November 4, 2016 during the GWMB 2nd Annual Anniversary & Awards Gala at The Commerce Club, 191 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, GA, Pamela will be honored for her effective contributions to technology implementation within the small business community.
Pamela Alexander shares, “I am deeply honored that Patrina King and Golf Women Mean Business would honor BizLynks Consulting Group and BizLynks TV Network for our contributions to the economic sustainability and growth of small businesses in Georgia. During these fifteen (15) years as a technology strategy company, we have remained committed to helping local economies remain viable and thrive through the collaborative competitive strength of small businesses and the social impact of nonprofit organizations. We remain committed to assisting Chambers of Commerce, Small Business Development Centers, Economic and Community Development organizations and business member-based organizations provide meaningful value to their constituents and their local economies.”
After serving in the technology department of various corporate organizations, Pamela Alexander entered the small business arena full-time in 2001 opening BizLynks Consulting Group. Website development was the primary focus of the company, until Pamela found herself continuously consulting owners on the business aspects of their websites. BizLynks Consulting Group soon expanded into the business productivity training arena assisting companies increase their operational efficiency and cost-effective online marketing.
Pamela was selected by Constant Contact, the small business email marketing leader, to become its first Georgia Regional Development Director, 2007-2011. After successfully speaking to and training more than 14,000 Georgia leaders on email marketing best practices to improve their client relationship engagement, her passion for more personal engagement with the client led to her full-time return as CEO of BizLynks Consulting Group.
The BizLynks Center was opened June 15, 2011 as a business resource center in Duluth, GA providing co-working, video production, meeting and training space for entrepreneurs and small business owners to engage in a professional environment without the high cost of the overhead. Keeping current with the technology shift towards video marketing, January 1, 2014 CEO Pamela Alexander led the company’s successful development of its BizLynks TV Network division, the online video distribution platform for businesses, nonprofits and associations to increase their content reach while engaging their ideal target clients across email and social media platforms, and establishing themselves as an industry expert and thought leader.
Pamela acknowledges, “You do not stay in business for 15 years going it alone. There are many people and organizations that deserve a thank you for your contributions to our sustainability. I extend a heartfelt expression of gratitude to the Intellectual Exchange Group and the Overground Railroad for their collaboration, helping to establish BizLynks TV Network as a viable standalone studio model.”
Although morphing from a website development company and a business resource center, Pamela remains committed to the small business’s access to effective, affordable technology to grow their organization through the use of productivity tools, as well as, the integration of email, social media and video marketing strategies.
